Dr. Raju Sirisilla Ph.D. Has more than 15 years experience in Chemical Research in the field of Drug
Discovery & Development, Analogue synthesis, Lead optimization, CMC, Scale up studies,
Regulatory requirement, ICH guidelines, Preclinical & Clinical supply of drug substances and drug products.
Adequate knowledge of patents and patenting helped him to design a novel and commercially viable
synthetic evaluation. Author of twelve patents and seven scientific papers.
Mr. D. Sreenivas Rao is an industry expert over 32 years of experience in the field of analytical
chemistry. After M.Sc. he joined IDL chemicals as a chemist and served as Asst. Manager for 16 yrs.
Later he joined Dr. Reddys in Analytical Research Department and served for more than 15 yrs as a Scientist,
Principal Scientist and Associate Director prior to his retirement. He managed a group of chemists and scientists
worked in Separation Sciences, (HPLC, GC / CE Thermal Analysis, Spectroscopy. He was closely
associated with many projects in Process and Discovery Research. His expertise include HPLC, GC, IC,
Thermal Analysis (TG, DSC, DTA), UV, IR. He is also expert in Physico - Chemical characterization including
polymorphism. He is the author of about 25 research papers and three patents. |

After doctoral work in I. I. Sc., Bengaluruand post-doctoral work with Prof. A. J. Birch and Prof. Barry
M. Trost, Dr. C. S. Rao worked for 36 yrs in private pharma industry. His main contributions are to the development of safe and sustainable processes for drugs and drug inter-mediates. He is the author of “The Chemistry of Process Development in Fine Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry”.
Dr. David Banji
Dr. David Banji, is Principal of Nalanda College of Pharmacy, Nalgonda, A.P. Dr. Banji has rich teaching experience of over 15 years.
He has several research publications in national and international pharmaceutical journals. He held various academic positions in Bangalore University and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. He is the examiner for UG & PG in Pharmacy of various Universities of Southern India. His bio-data has been selected in Marquis who’s who in the world-2010 edition and he has been recognized as the world leading educator by the International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, England. He will be teaching to Symphony training students on aspects of Pharmaceutical and Drug Development.
Mrs. Nancy S. Nanavaty
Nancy S. Nanavaty leads the training division of Hermes Networks Pvt. Ltd she has been in the field of education for more than two decades. Teaching has been her guiding force all through. She is a certified trainer. She has trained for most of the MNCs in Hyderabad like Deloitte, Bank of America, Bank of Switzerland, Franklin temple ten, Wipro, Genpact , reliance consumers first source etc.
She would be training on effective communication skills, business writing etiquette and grooming. Accent neutralization and most importantly impart training on interview skills and presentation skills.

In addition to the above faculty, expert lectures from various pharma industries and institutions are also arranged. These lectures include typical case studies, solutions to complex problems and current awareness of pharma development requirement.
